Very nice to read, this will encourage me to make reports on intruders, hopefully it also encourages others. The format to use is now clear. Who will collect these and add them into a formal submission each month to the relevant body? Is that something anyone can volunteer to do for those that post reports here?
Yes Lou. We are in IARU Region 3. OM Titon of Indonesia is the present Regional MSC.
Every month, all interested watchers can send their data to him. He compiles a bulletin for Region 3, with inputs from member countries, This is available every month at the R3 MSC site. You can view the various previous bulletins/reports.
If you like, you can submit data to DK2OM also.

Thanks OM Arasu now I see you posted the correct format for logs of intruders at VU2UR page. If anyone needs help, just post your intruder observations in this forum and we will help.
Thanks to VU2UR for information, here are IARU Region 3 Monitoring System newsletters:
http://iaru-r3.org/iaru-region-3-monitoring-system-newsletter/
The latest one of May is here:
http://iaru-r3.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/r3ms-2017-05.pdf
It seems these are not uploaded every month at present.
It is also clear that YB-SSB is only logged and mentioned by one reporter, VK4TJ, who one of only two reporting from Australia, and the only other reports in Region 3 come from Japan where there are only two reporters. Of these 4 reporters, 99% of reports are made by just TWO stations. is the only one in JA and VK4TJ.
Also, NO reports of any of the SSB intruders on 30m were logged. It is therefore important for members of 30CW.net to please assist by:
1. Logging any intruders heard, see the format for logging from the newsletter, or the post examples from VU2UR, or ask us for help in this forum.
2. Posting your reports in this forum and/or sending to IARU Monitoring System coordinators YB3PET or DK2OM.
3. Be active. Don't just QSY to a clear frequency EVERY time you hear an Intruder. Instead call CQ on the frequency since you have priority. If Intruders hear CW often they will start to avoid our CW amateur radio bands.
Monitored some more today, the 18th.

Spent more than 5 minutes on 10117 and I could clearly hear the "salaam aleikum" greetings exchanged. The language certainly is a dialect of the Indonesian. Lou is very correct as it does not sound like Bahasa Indonesia.

Thanks to DU7DWE this sounds like Maranaw or Tausug which means it could be PHL (DU), INS (YB) or MYS (9M6). This area is pirates in more than one way :-) Not much can do about this QRM unless there are strong CW signals in Asia to drive them elsewhere.
